You should possess these files:

README.TXT   - this file
LIESMICH.TXT - same in German
TURBOCDE.HLP - helpfile in English
TURBOCDE.HLP - helpfile in German
TURBOCD.EXE  - the program

You are not allowed to redistribute this package 
if not all of these files are present.


Installation: Just copy the files to an empty sub-directory (folder) and
              create a new entry in the program manager/taskbar. 


Everything else -> TURBOCDE.HLP or just try it out.
